Document not visible

Hello friends,

I have created a Document on 3rd August 2013. Today, when I logged on to SCN, it was appearing on my Activity page but not on my Content page (not even on draft document page). Moreover when I open the document from my activtiy page it seems that it has been cleared from moderators.

So can anybody guide me on what to do?

I have provided a snapshot below for further information.

Yes this document is named as Uranium Mining

Well, you're still the author and it's in your activity stream. Perhaps a quick edit is all that's needed to push it back into your content list.

I mean I have done some misc edit in to the document and saved it again but still it does not appear in content page
