Transport of Powl query parameters

Hello,

we had a problem with ex

Expense claims older than one year are not visible on
portal, I found out that the setting was not right but unfortunately I am not
able to transport my solution to another systems with standard tools do you
have any idea.

What I have done :

Open transaction

Start the transaction POWL_COCKPIT in the development enviroment  executed standard Powl

Chose the applications FITV-POWL-TRIPS,  Register query,

Changed the query parameters for querys FITV_POWL_TRIPS,
FITV_POWL_TRIPS_EXP and FITV_POWL_TRIPS_EXP_PENDING, from 005_L12M to 002_ALL

After changing all the
parameters I pack the changes in to transport via our standard tool and
transport it to the test enviroment, the transport comes throught without
errors but the changes are not present on the systems do I have to do some
thing else ?

Hi Miroslav,

Can you please let me know where else have you made the changes to the parameter from 005_L12M to 002_ALL ? The requirement seems to be similar to display the list of all trips and not for only past 12 months.

Even though I changed the parameter to 002_ALL , the list still shows the list of trips for only 12 months.

Can you please share the steps you took for the same ?

Customizing for Query FITV_POWL_TRIPS

1. Transaction POWL_COCKPIT

Start the transaction POWL_COCKPIT  execute with

1. Execute with the standard settings

choose the
application FITV-POWL-TRIPS and click on the Button
. After that you see
the four tabs you also see in the portal.

1. Maintain Query-Parameters

  make the following
settings for the query ID’s FITV_POWL_TRIPS, FITV_POWL_TRIPS_EXP and FITV_POWL_TRIPS_EXP_PENDING.

Set Query parameters

Change in Edit-Mode first
with
  and then click on

On the following dialog
change the value for trips in the past which is currently “005_L12M” into “002_ALL”

Thats it

Hi Mirolslav,

I did the same but no luck , did you ran report - POWL_D01 ? I got to know that we need to run this report for changes to take effect , any idea on how to run this transaction ?

I am facing the same issue , after changing the parameter from 005_L12M to 002_AL for the query - FITV_POWL_TRIPS_EXP , the list still shows the list of trips for 12 months.

Did you had luck on resolving this issue ?

Hi Prakhar,

in my case there was a transport issue which solved it self  ...

so the problem is solved, have a look on the authorizartion errors via SU53 if you have any problems authorization based,
