which situation we will use Business Service, and Business System?

Can U plz tell me What is Business Service and Business System? when we need to use Business Service? what is diff between B.System and B. service?

Hi ,

You will have to create a Business system for maintaing the application system details in SLD in order to use this in Integration Directory.

You can create Business service in Integration Directory itself without maintaing the details of application systems in SLD.

You can use either busiessness system or business service for your scenarios depends on the application EXSuppose If it File systems .

You have to use Business system of type WEBAS ABAPwhen you want to integrate with SAP application using IDOC adapter.

...........If you are maintainging the details of your Application details in SLD you can use business system or else use business service......

hi,

Business service will you use when you have not defind to identify your sender or receriver in SLD.

ex : scenario assum HTTP-TO-IDOC to identifu HTTP application we can't defind in SLD then create the busines service

or another scenario SOAP-TO-IDOC then create the to identify your sender as a business serivce..

when ever you are sending data from the browser then you define the business serivce ..

In this case target is SAP R/3 to identify that we can create the buiness system in SLD.

Business service is abstract unit.

To identify your sender or receiver if you can define in SLD then use the business system.

we use Business services then system is not your landscape in these case as we dont these others system details we use Business Seervices.

Buiness system we use we have the Business System in our landscape and we know it .

when to use.

for Example when some sends from Web i.e. say HTTP -XI- R/3.

webserices from others.
