Reading Shop floor data Using PCo with MII 12.2

Hi Everyone at presen  we are reading the shopfloor data in the below  manner Shopfloor--->PHD--->UDS-->Web Services-->MII. Now if i want to read the data using PCo. Please guide me this. Thanks

Hi Mahesh,

  Best way to start is by reading SAP Library - Plant Connectivity .

To connect to MII refer PCo Query Process - SAP Documentation. It tells you what all you need to connect to MII. To put it in a nutshell,

1. You would need a source system --> Where your data is kept.

2. A destination system --> MII in your case.

Next is creating an agent.  Here, choose which way you would like to connect to MII. Either by legacy mode using UDC Data Server and Tag Query or using the newer PCo Data Server and PCo Query.

Depending upon the above step you would create a similar Data Server and Query in MII.

Refer:: SAP Library - SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence: and look for PCo Connector and PCo Query. For PCo Connector you would use the URL as

http://<server fully qualified name/IP>:port<50050 is default>/PCoManagement?wsdl.
