Hi PI Experts,
Please suggest me for the given issue in PI 7.0
We have scenario from Soap to RFC, it is working fine, no errors in rwb(message monitorin, component monitoring as performance is also fine).
and Sxmb_Moni also not shown any error and shown successfull messages.
But problem is when sender(Soap) side they are triggering the data thier side it is showing sending
but PI reached 1 hour delay signals are coming to PI. when Pi reached those signals that are processed successfully.
why it is taking delay to reach to PI?
Please suggest me the solution for this.?????
Regards,
Kiran Polani
Hi Kiran...
Seems like a network issue. Please test the interfaces in test environment with sync logging 'true' to check when the messages reach PI pipeline and time taken to process these in PI.
You can look at SAP notes related to delays in Sender SOAP scenarios.
Hope it helps!

Please test this scenario using soapui (similar to data how sender passes to pi soap sender) and see whether you see the similar delay on the sender side. Is your sender data high volume? Please try to see any network slowness between sender system and PI. Take help from network team.
