Dear All,

We are upgrading EA-HR to 60 through SPAM. In the CHECK_REQUIREMENTS Phase we got below error message.

===================================

The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase

CHECK_REQUIREMENTS, which the Support Package Manager is unable to

resolve without your input.

After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the

import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial

screen of the Support Package Manager.

The following details help you to analyze the problem:

     -   Error in phase: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS

     -   Reason for error: TP_CANNOT_CONNECT_SYSTEM

     -   Return code: 0208

     -   Error message: error in transport profile (parameter missing or

         unknown)

=================================

Kindly suggest, its very urgent this is production environment.

-----

Thanks & Regards,

Vijay

What is the output for R3trans -d?

In case it is not okay, check R3trans log file for more information.

Hi Gaurav,

In /usr/sap/trans/ directory mounted to NFS mount point of Development server.

And changed the ownership to <SID>adm of production server.

Problem was TP program not connecting properly.

After NFS mounted, my problem is solved and successfully imported the support stack that day only.

Hi Vijay,

Did you do connection test ??

1. goto se38 --> RSTPTEST --> F8 (execute)

At OS level,

2. tp connect <SID> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL

Check in SM59 the self RFC and NONE are working fine.
