Hi Experts,

I have 2 issues as below. There are inter-related.

My SOLMAN version is 7.1 SP8

  1. SOLD TO PARTY not assign to Service Desk Message.
    • I have assigned SOLD TO PARTY to the user id that use to create message in IB52 > GO TO > Partner. But still failed.
  2. Auto sending message with "very high priority" to SAP after working hours - failed
    • I found out that the auto sending message to SAP will be trigger if i manually select SOLD TO PARTY in the message.
    • But, the message will stop by below error message.

Diagnosis

The transaction could not be sent to SAP. For detailed information see the processing log in the scheduled actions. There you will find the detailed error messages.


Procedure
General prerequisites:

- Working RFC destination to SAP (normally SAP-OSS)

- Your user is mapped to a valid S-User in transaction AISUSER

- The transaction needs the following text types for the initial sending to SAP: Description, Information for SAP

- Valid SAP system in SAP Attributes to which the transaction is related

- A valid SAP component is assigned to the incident

Hi All,

- Solved by delete duplicated system in IB52.

- Check Action profile for auto sending message issue.
