GRC AC 10 SP13 - Role and User Risk Violation Reports Returning No Results

Hello

We are having an issue with our role and user risk violation reports returning no results for roles and users I know have violations that have not been mitigated. If I run the analysis from NWBC under access management -> Access Risk Analysis -> Role / User Level. I tried to re-run the batch analysis sync but that did not update the reports. We are running SP13 and, from what I've seen, many of the other posts have been for earlier service packs.

I've included some screen shots below that illustrate what we are seeing. Any help is appreciated.

Kindly refer the below mentioned note :-

1887993 - No violations returned for user Risk Analysis

Dear Stacy,

Please make sure that the data for the particular connector exist is the tables GRACUSERACTVL and

GRACUSERPRMVL tables in SE16. If the data does not exist,Please check the value of the parameter

1027. This should be set to yes.

Thank you for your help. Config parameter 1027 was not set to yes. We have no resolved our issue.
