Import failed: internal error during pvc call

Experts,

We are using CTS method for transporting objects from one server to another, and here the transport team faced a issue when they import the objects.

Only ESR objects are involved in the Transport Request.

Have you checked the  Note 1467984 - concurrency-lock-denied while import or activate changelist?

Hi Hailong,

Please check the objects which you are transporting are in locked condition at the Target server or not. May be that's why its not allowing to replace that object with the latest version which you included in the CTS transports. Are these new objects or existing objects?

thanks Nabendu, the objects are not new objects.

Haven't check the lock.. as the transport has been imported successfully by another guy from transport team, maybe will check with him/her what did he do to make this happen..

Are you trying to transport the objects within your landscape or from one landscape to other?

I think the transport is from one landscape to another, as we are transporting objects from Quality server to Production server
