Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 701 and R/3 4.7 classic scenarion.

PR Created from WO in R3--> Transfered to SRM SOCO --> SRM Contract is created and distributed --> Backend contract is created.

SC Item status is shown as 'Can not be ordered' in item overview and in item details it shows 'Follow on documents created' - is this standard?

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hello,

The status "cannot be ordered" indicates that this Shopping Cart cannot be used anymore at all. In these cases the SOURCE_REL_IND is set to "Y".

This is the standard system behaviour because when you create a contract from a shopping cart in the sourcing cockpit, SOURCE_REL_IND is set to "Y", which indicates the closure of a shopping cart item.

The creation of a contract for a shopping cart closes the cart once and for all, and hence any changes made to the contract will not make the shopping cart relevant for sourcing again.

However, in item details, follow-on document created indicates that contract has been created from this cart.

Regards,

Ricardo
