Issue with BSP pages in SLC

We have installed SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management 1.0, Support package = SAPK-10004INSRMSMC on the SRM 7.1.

At opening BSP pages of evaluation and qualification requests/response there are no some buttons, checkboxes and pictures. Besides it is impossible to submit completed questionnaire.

The same issue we have with displaying BSP page showing the list of qualification requests from the supplier side. The page has incorrect view (please see attached) All services (sicf) are activated. *thtmlb* services are activated also.

If you look at thtmlb elements URL, it has some uppercase letters:

https://serverhost/SAP/BC/BSP/...

unlike other URLs that are mostly lowercase.

Internet urls are case-insensitive usually, but sometimes it matters.

Make sure that your SAP webdispatcher redirects URLs whether they are uppercase as well as lowercase .

E.g. in your webdispatcher profile it may look like:

wdisp/system_0 = SID=ZZZ,MSHOST=yourhost.domain.com,MSSPORT=2443,SRCURL=/sap/;/SAP/

- if there's /sap/ only, URLs containing uppercase chars will not be redirected.
