SRM 7.0 - Central contract after it has been approved continues with status "on approval"

Senhores, boa tarde

Estou com um problema com alguns contratos no SRM.

Depois que estes contratos seguem o fluxo de aprovação, continuam com o status "em aprovação", quando abro este contrato e vou na aba "aprovação" no campo "status" está acusando "erro".

O que pode estar acontecendo?

Hi Lucas,

The problem is in de Process Controlled Workflow configuration, the system can't determine the responsible for the step.

You must to check the determination in BRF transaction.
