Credit Block in Delivery

Hi

We have working Config in QA and PROduction.

All of sudden In Production Credit block is Not working means

In QA whenever i create a delivery it will be Blocked as B Credit Not Approved

But Production whenever i create a delivery Its not blocking as A credit approved.

Please help me i saw in both clients Config is Same.

Dear Chaitanya,

Please check credit limit (Tcode FD32) given to customer against risk category (risk category must be same as maintained in OVA8).

Also check over all credit limit and individual (credit control area wise) credit limit in FD32 for customer.

Actually  Delivery Item Category not checked for Credit .

HI all

When we create Sales order

when I enter a Item with quantity it is creating another line item with another item category .

First line item with ZTAX item category which is Non Stock , not relevant for picking

Second line with ZTPS item category  which is relevant for picking .

In this case Credit block is not working.

Please give me suggestions

Client upgraded from ECC 6.0 to 6.6 after this only Issue started.

Please check if the risk category is available in production system for the customer in FD33 transaction.

Hi.....

Pls check in the pricing procedure whether u r maintained "A" in SUBTOTAL column or not.If u not maintained it will not block.Pls check and maintain. I hope this may solve ur issue.
