Hi Gustavo,
If you are doing this for the first time after installing IDM UI. Please add the user in Enterprise People as the following:
Go Enterprise People -> General Tab -> Add User
Ensure the user id(above) you are trying to login with into IDM UI exists in ENTERPRISE PORTAL.
Let me know how you go. Thank you.

Hello Gustavo,
please read my post again. I was talking about the "Attributes"-tab, right next to the one you keep posting. ^^
The access seems to be working, because you can see the tab. Now you have to fill it with content, that's why I'm asking, what you want the tab to show.
Regards,
Steffi.
Hello Gustavo,
I see two potential issues in your configuration.
First of all, in NetWeaver Administrator, set the value of the jmx.show_selfservice to "True" as opposed to "true" I believe it is case sensitive.
Secondly, remove the anonymous access from the access control tab in the NW IDM Admin Console.
Hope this helps!
Matt
Hello Gustavo,
I think Matt is talking about Note 1898064 - Self service tasks are
not displayed in IdM User Interface.

Steffi.
