Vendor Name need to be changed in PO Print in SRM

Hi,

I'm new to SRM .

I have an issue that Vendor Name need to be changed in PO Print in SRM.

Can anybody pls let me know how to achieve this?

We have a copy of Custom  BBP_PO Smartform.

Hi Jyothi,

In the form interface of your smartform, there is a structure SF_PO. its a deep structure and holds all the data which is passed to smartform at runtime. 

You can create a command / flow line in the window named W_VENDORADDRESS. give the name (new name) of the vendor in a variable.  and then print the variable in the text element of the same window.

Implement the BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF and change standard form name with yours for BO 2201

Hi Jyothi,

if you need to perform any change to the standard smartform first of all you need to analize the field that you should change and wich value will be the correct one and also if this value is available.

After you have this details, you should change the smartform and assign the new smartform in customizing in order to use this new one instead of the standard one.
