1 added message in Seeburger monitor

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where AS2 adapter is being used to send messages to the 3rd party system but 3rd party claims that they have received the same data twice from PI whereas it was not sent twice at all from PI end.

But when we check in PI its showing same number of messages in AE and IE but in seeburger monitor we see 1 extra message and that message ID is not available in PI, which seems abnormal. wanted to know what the issue might be.

this sounds like a very strange effect...and the only thing that I could think of, was that the 3rd party system probably didn´t send a proper confirmation back in this case, so that the PI had made some retry... and maybe later on the original file was confirmed (so that an extra entry got stuck in the Workbench)...

Anyway, if this only happened once it will be hard to find out what happened..however if it happens more often, I would recommend to setup the AS2-trace /Debug-Level) and have Seeburger-SUpprot review the trace file...
