I am using APO 5.1.
I have a large number of SNP PPMs loaded from a data loading tool.
Is there a way of mass activation for these SNP PPMs, and assigning them all to the active model 000?
Thanks for any advice on this...
Hi Bob,
You can use the transaction '/SAPAPO/SCC07 - Maintain Model' to add all the newly created PPMs to specific Model.
You can use MASSD to update the status of the PPM from inactive to Active.

Hi Bob,
Although it's not exactly standard, you could try the report FUNCTION_LOADER_INLAY. There are other SDN postings that describe it's use which I highly recommend. It takes a while to get comfortable with the program.
One of the fields is plan_state which I believe corresponds to the active/inactive designation. There are also several places where the model can be added.
Basically you download the PPM data, change the fields and upload the changed data. While there are many choices for data fields, you only have to download as many fields as is necessary to identify the PPM plus the fields for the active bit and the model. It will take some trial and error.
Best Regards,
Mike

Hi Bob,
There is no standard way you can create a custom program for this purpose.
