GRC 5.3 transactions to check configuration, rulesets

hello,

is there set of tcodes or URL's i can sue to simply check the GRC 5.3 system.  i want to firtly download a ruleset and than to do general checks in the system?

also does anyone know what one must be looking for to see if all is setup properly?
