Java stack issue in Solution manager 7.1 SP4

Dear Experts,

Recently I installed Solution manager 7.1 in sandbox system and restored current Solution manager 7.1 PRD backup on it.

The ABAP stack is fine but the Java Stack is not available. In jcmon , nothing is seen ie Server0, SDM , Dispatcher .

Did you export and then import that Java settings from the Prod system to the sandbox system?

After completing that, you still need to open the offline config tool and find all the various references (instance, names, file system paths, etc) of the Prod system and change them to match you sandbox setup.

Can you paste the output of jsmon pf=<instance_profile>

type process and paste the screenshot.
