How to change the link of Name Server to domain name

Hi Guys,

We are using DI to develop DC applications, and we've configured a DC in our system, but can't log on to the Name Server, because the url of the Name server is orginized by computer name, see the screen shot below. Dose anybody knows how to change the link of Name Server for DC from computer name to a domain name?

Hi Kun,

As a Temporary fix can you try to add an entry in the host file like this.

<Ip address of the server which you need in the url shown in red>      hand2

Save the host file and then see what happens.

Thanks for your reply, I've found the solution.

1. In the sld, select Landscapes -> New Landscap

2. Landscape Type: NWDI Systems

    Landscape Name: <Name>

    Choose Create.

3. Select tab of Systems of the newly created landscape, choose Add System...

    Choose New Hosted System.

    Fill as below:

    Hosted System Type: System Landscape Directory

    Web AS Java: <your as>

    Roles: Landscape Server, Name Server

    CIM Server URL: http://<domain name>:<port>

    Object Server: <obj server>
