Hi,
Our backups are failing from last two days.
Bellow are the errors from the backup logs.

Hello Pritam,
Please upgrade you Database toold / BRTOOLS to a higher patch level.

it would be interesting to see which SQL statement triggers this error
do enable sql tracing in brbackup, run the next backup with an added switch '-TRC 2' (see SAP note 29321) and see what is being done here
If I'm not mistaken, brbackup is querying v$datafile in this step
Also, can you include the brbackup version used as well as oracle version?
