GRC AC 10 SP13 - Mitigating Control Submission Error

Hello

Upon submitting a new mitigating control, I receive the error "Saving note failed." I am unable to figure out the root issue and was hoping someone may have come across it. Any help is appreciated!

Hi Stacey,

For this issue, please see note 1800347 which has instruction to add SAP Script to the object.  Though the note is for SPM issue, it is the missing SAP script object that causes issue for your system.  Please implement it and it will resolve your issue.

Thanks also, that also solved the problem for me. Although I got some weird warning when saving the objects that the values do not lie in the valid range (??), it works now perfectly.

Yes I also got that message about the range but I dont think it impacts what we are trying to resolve.

Even after implementing correction i am getting another message "submit failed"

any suggestion.
