I'm trying to configure the Online Help on my customer server, but I just found some issues.
When I press the Download button (on any Online Help screen), it brings me an error that says that can't manipulate the shared folder.
When I go to Documentation -> Help Settings,
I can't change the language (it shows blank), and I can't change from Local Installation to Shared folder.
Someone know how can I fix it?
Best regards.

Hi,
The above error says that can't manipulate the shared folder.which means that the client machine cannot access the path where the help is placed.
Can you please check that client is able to access the help folder.
Please check this blog..
http://scn.sap.com/message/8539985#8539985
Which says that the help cannot be accessed via network .

Hi Araujo,
Please check the below note .
1812146 - No Help downloaded
If this helps than good . but if not please provide the version of your B1. server.
You can choose "Local Installation" or "Shared Folder".
When you choose "Local Installation" the path field under "Shared Folder" is disabled (cause it's related only to "Shared Folder"). When you revert back your selection to "Shared Folder" the path field is enabled again.
Thanks
