Can anyone tell me standard sapscript / smartforms for GOODS RECEIPT

Here is your answer from NACE

Output type WF01 or WF02

Application ME

Program SAPM07DR

Form routine ENTRY_WF01 or WF02

Sap script: WE_FERT_VERS1 or VERS2 (this is for GR for prod. orders)

Or

Output type WE01 or WE02

Application ME

Program SAPM07DR

Form routine ENTRY_WE01 or WE02 or WE03

Sap script: WESCHEINVERS1 or VERS2 or VERS3 (this is for GR for normal purchase orders)

I would suggest you use the latest version.
