Use of tags in Blog posts

Hi,

Is there any reason why the HTML tag doesn't work in postings on SCN?  Could it be added at all?

Thanks,

Gareth.

Yes, the tag will be stripped out of the code after the content is published.

In short, this tag is not supported by the SCN text editor.

[Update] You can use styles for this purpose:

<span style="vertical-align: +25%; font-size: 8pt;">text</span>

The platform's text editor strips several tags for security reasons.

Sup tag doesn't look harmful to me. There could be a configuration file on server that stores blacklisted tags.

Hi Jason,

I was being lazy and didn't even think to try something like that!  It works perfectly for what I wanted.

Thanks,

Gareth.

Superscript seems to work in this comment while writing, but I guess it would vanish after reply is saved. Let us see.
