SDBI_CLUSTER_CHECK report is missing

Hi,

Converting non-unicode to unicode.

When trying to run the report SDBI_CLUSTER_CHECK  i could not find the report.

my system details:

SRM 5.0  ;

sap_basis rel 700 level 13
