Unable to view test progress in Test Management Dashboard

Hello Experts,

I am working on implementation of Test Managment-Manual testing in one of our customers' Solution Manager 7.1 SP08.

The customer wants to get graphical representation of the test progress and status and so we have activated BI reporting as well. The reports are working fine.

We want to have the test management dashboards for the same. In order to access test management dashboard, goto Report--> Test management dashboard and click on 'chart'. I am not able to get any data into the dashboards. The BI reports are working absolutely fine and we are able to see the graphs there. But the test management dashboard remains blank even though we have sufficient test plans (with planned start date/end date, planned effort, actual start date/end date, actual efforts)

This requirement is urgent, request you to give ur suggesstions.

Hi Kavita,

Have you made sure infocubes related Test Mgmt (0SM_TWB & 0SM_TWBDD) are activated and you cab query on them?  The data from this InfoCube is used in all the queries indirectly, because all  the queries are based on MultiProvider 0SM_TWB_M, whose data is retrieved from InfoCube 0SM_TWBDD and InfoSet 0SM_TWBS.

Just catch hold of a BI Consultant there for more help.
