VA05 and mb5b report is not same

Hi,

for one material, in va05 confirm quantity is 50 but in mb5b total issue quantity is 51.

mb51 and mb5b is also same

can you please share how can i find the mismatch?

Hi

This is because confirmed quantity is something else and issued quantity is something else and they can or cannot be same. It depends on your sales process. What if you have confirmed quantity 50 and you just issue 40 of them. These two fields are different so MB5B and VA05 will never match and don't try to match these two fields. Yes MB51 and MB5B will always be same because these are actual issued quantities fields with 601 movement type. Hope you understand now.

Not be able to understand what exactly you are trying to compare.? Can you to write some more detail and purpose of same.

In VA05 it might be possible that selection criteria mention is not matching with MB5B or MB51.

Pl check it accordingly.

Hi Arif,

dont understand your question, VA05 is the customer requirement related report , while MB5B is the stock related report, comparing these are not relevant, can you eloborate more on your question with examples.
