Cant able to assign Plant and division to Business area

Hi Experts,

I can't able to assign the PLANT and DIVISION to BUSINESS AREA.

Here, 2 Plants and 7 Divisions and 4 Business areas are configured recently in DEV system.

i. Define rules by Sales Area

   Here, I assigned 001 to all sales areas. i.e., Business area determination from Plant/Division.

ii. Assign Business area to Plant and Division

     Here, i am trying to assign the both Plant and Division to Business area. But, i cant able to assign to all the FOUR Business areas.

     Also, two plants and seven divisions are assigned to only one Business area.

     Now, am trying to assign that to remaining three business areas but i cant able to proceed further.

     While trying to assign am getting the following error,

"An entry already exists with the same key

Message no. SV009

Diagnosis

When creating an entry, you entered a key, which already exists.

System Response

The entry cannot be created.

Procedure

Specify another key or remove the entry using the function Skip."

Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Hi Anand,

if the preceding org elements were created as copy as there is a possibility that this entries would have also been copied, check if there is really an entry available & let us know.
