Purchase group_Product Category in Responsibility tab

Hello Experts,

Please suggest how to delete the Product categories in Responsibility tab in Transaction PPOMA_BBP.

Currently the product categories aligned to one Purchase groups is something around 18K in which most of them are Duplicated.

So I have delete all of them, deleting each one by is a painful task and some times system gives me runtime error.

When I open transaction - a message in the bottom of the screen display as "Plan version Current plan was set". - No idea what it is.

Please give your valuable inputs to clear this issue.

2.    I think we need to delete the entries one by one or by selecting few entries and deleting the selected product cat.
