Dear PS experts,
In general, we can extend the dates for the proejcts on month on month basis using CNMASS transaction in Project Systems. But our problem is, even some of the activities are having status "CLOSE", those activities are also getting updated when we use CNMASS transaction.
My requirement is activities having status "CLOSE" should not get updated when we use CNMASS transaction.
Request the experts to give a solution for the above.
Thnaks in advance.
Best Regards,
Rama
Hi Rama,
You can use the function status combination code delivered in EHP3. Define a new combination code which is comprises only of CLSD. The status combination code is part of main tables like PROJ,PRPS,CAUFV (either in AFKO or AUFK) and AFVC.By this merit ,status combination code will be present in dynamic selection which you can you utilize to filter the values.

Hi
Not sure, but may be you can try it by calling all those activities using BAPI_BUS2001_GET_STATUS based on their system status and then passing these activities in CNMASS. Try this if it works.
Not sure, if any validation for closed activities would work here.

Try using Status Profile by selecting proper status selection profile for Activities (like CLSD) from CNMASS front screen. It might help.
