Hi all,
I am experiencing the following error on connecting to HANA DB via excel MDX.
System call 'recv' failed, rc=10054:An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
I am using AWS HANA instance (Version: 1.0.48) connecting to calculation view via internet from client machine. The error seems to be
generated when adding calculated measure (average) to the pivot table in excel.
Has anyone experienced this problem, or knows of a solution?

Thanks Atul, I had seen this post and I guess it's quite possible that it's a latency issue but I'm accessing the HANA one instance via internet broadband, also would we expect a latency issue to be more sporadic rather than explicit? i.e. on adding calculated measure = error, anything else no problem.
A bit outside my comfort zone with network latency and such things so would it be possible to elaborate on what you think the issue is and how to resolve?
