Error in Solution set to SAP

Dear All,

When i am trying to send our data according to the note Note 1658794 - FAQ: Solutions: Sending Data to SAP

I observed the Job log as Not Sent Reason Timestamp of Last S olution Change 

Please help in understanding this.

hi

are you getting any st22 dump related to convert time ?

seems your system time zone settings not correct.. check sap notes 101726,118508 to verify your sap system time zone,su01 user time zone and OS server time zone.
