Sub: CCMS configuration issue
Hi Experts
I have done CCMS configuration from our system, but final stage mapping is not happening?
RZ21-Goto—Techinical infrastructure—configure central system—Activate central system dispatching
Define central autoreactions- I have created CCMS Mail on alert additional, but created mail alert is not coming for mapping
Regards
Karthik
Hello Karthik,
To get the central autoreaction working, the connection test to the sapccm4x agent have to work, and the agent must be reported as 100% available in the selfmonitoring in
RZ20 > SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors
> Selfmonitoring CCMS Agents
Central auto-reaction methods can be created by using the transaction
function "RZ21>Technical Infrastructure>Configure Central System>Assign
Central Auto-reactions"
-I would like to ask You to attach a screen shot according to the described path in RZ21
Central auto-reaction method can only be used for monitoring nodes which
are managed by a SAPCCM4X or SAPCCMSR agent. The central auto-reaction
methods cannot be used for monitor nodes which are located on the
central monitor system.
Please check the SAP notes and online dokumentation:

Hi Karthik,
As commented by Sriram is your scot working? If not configured you can also check from OS by testing with telnet command to see if server can connect to you exchange email server e.g.
telnet mailservername 25
If it cannot connect will give an error.
