Performance greyed out in DB12

      While checking in DB12 the things are greyed out as shown in the below screen, please advice.

Hi,

can you please provide more data about the system and os and the kernel.

Meanwhile Please check that sap host agent is running as you are not able to see the IO/CPU.

If this is related to database please check the link on page 6 .
