Hi,

If the goods to be ordered by the receiving plant is a "FREE" items, how is it being handled in X-company transfer order?

What is the delivery item category to be used? I can't find any related to it.

Thanks

bye

Hi,

If pricing condition is not an importance, you can transfer stock one company code to another through movement type 301.

Just like plant to plant within a company code in single step.

However for company code transfer, you need to create separate G/L account for inter company STO, you need to make settings for credit and debit account  with account key for company codes in transaction code " OBYA"

Hi,

Yes, this can be a workaround for the free goods.

however, I would prefer to keep all activity and enter within the same PO entry.

I am having the X-company transfer functioning very similiar to a normal standard PO.

if the standard PO allows for FREE GOODS, it would be ideal if the same can be done for X-company order.

Thanks for the feedback.
