hi gurus,

Kindly suggest whether the below said my understanding is proper.

MM Pricing procedure :

·         It is combination of “FI Tax procedure” and “MM price procedure”.

·         “FI Tax procedure” contains of Input put tax details.

·         Where MM price procedure contains material purchase calculation.

SD Pricing procedure :

·         SD price procedure includes “sales material calculation and tax calculation”.

·         “FI Tax procedure” does not affect SD pricing procedure.

Regards,

RAMA

Your understanding is correct.

MM pricing is based on MM Pricing Schema + FI Tax procedure(tax value get determine through FTXP or FV11)

Whereas, SD pricing is based on SD Pricing procedure & Tax rate determine based on condition record or external interface(taxware, sabrix). So, tax rate with relevant tax code maintained in FTXP or FV11 doesn't impact tax computation in SD pricing.
