                        Thanks for your valuable reply. I got some solution .But iit is not fulfilled my requirement . I have created my own item categories with following  config settings. It is up working up to PGI. and then in VF01 it is showing error "The document not relevant for billing". But I want to bill my header item(Header item -Item category is ZTAQ it is relevant for billing) . Kindly guide me.

OR          LUMF                                    ZTAQ

OR          NORM                  ZTAQ     ZTAN

A-Parent Item- LUMF

B Child Item-NORM- Material Tpye

ZTAQ- Billing Relevance -A

            Pricing  -X

ZTAN

Billing Relevance-Not Relevant for Billing

  Pricing –No Pricing

First of all I am surprised why you have opened a new thread and why not replied in your last thread. 2ndly in you copy control please check have you maintained ZTAQ in delivery to billing copy control at item level?

                      I think  in copy control i did correct setting. Here with I am attaching copy control data  for your ref.

Note: My header item-Material Type-Hawa

               Child item1 Material Type-Hawa

               Child item2 Material Type-ZERS (ERSA)

Please try with Billing Relevance as "F" in item cat.

    Thanks for your replies. I am trying all the combination which was provided by you through forum. Again i explain to you about my scenario:

Product A is machine

Product B is brush

We can make bill for product A and product B separately without any issue. Our problem starts while making as a kit with these two products.

Here we shoud do like this

Product A +Product B = Product C

Product C is unreal product like Text Item.

Here we need to  do billing for Product C and it is a Header Item.

While Making PGI We need to get reduced inventory for Product A and Product B.

And Price for Product C should  automatically  get from product A and B ( Price of Product C=Product A+Product B)

Kindly help me ...

My Setting are given below for your reference..
