Hi Expert,

I have a question

Customizing for sales documents can be done at header, item and schedule line level.

The instruments for control are only the sales document type and item category.

Answer is False.

So, what are the factors for sales document control in this case?

In your first sentence you say customizing for sales documents can be done at 3 levels.

To configure / customize these 3 levels, there are 3 instruments.

You have mentioned 2 of them. These are -

Sales doc type to customize Sales document at header level

Item category to customize Sales document at item level

& the 3rd one (which you have not mentioned) -

Schedule line category to customer Sales document at schedule line level.

Go to t-code VOV6 and check out the schedule line categories.
