dates disappear in FWO

Sometimes I have observed that inspite of putting delivery dates and pick up dates for respective stages in FWO, after saving also the dates disappear.

Also if I create a new FWO copying the existing FWO, the dates do not appear in the new FWO and in that case I have to edit the FWO to input the dates.

How we can resolve this issue.

Ideally template would be good practice for such scenario.

Mostly don't you think dates need to entered every time ? Do you have a scenario wherein you will not enter dates when you copy a FWO or create from FWO template ?

I tried the scenario worked fine for me ( in my FWO type i have automatic FU building it shud not affect the dates ideally) ( i am in tm9  sp04)

Dates were entered but then when we save the FWO, it disappears for some stages.Also if we copy a FWO which has dates populated, then the new FWO should have the dates populated automatically from old FWO NO but somehow the dates disappear in new FWO as well for some cases.
