ICO Message Monitoring

Where and how can we monitor messages and or errors related to ICO scenarios.

In our environment looks like the ICO errors cannot be seen in RWB if messages are older than 2 hrs. Is there a way to extend that time?

standard monitoring - do you have PO double stack or 7.11 ?

if you cannot see messages lder then 2 hours then you probably remove them (check archiving, deletion jobs)

We have PI 7.11 (dual stack).

But in general if I want to monitor message timeouts for ICO scenarios, how do I go about looking for them.

What parameters do I need to turn on.
