Hello Guys,
We have configured Charm.
Presently we have Change Manager, Business Approver(CAB),SME( Custom) as partner functions in our scenario.
We have list of 12 users which could be assigned to any of these partner functions based on the ticket requirement.
For eg. In ticket 8000000012 User 1 can be CM, User 2 could BA, User 3 could be SME.
In ticket 80000000013 User1 can be BA, User 2 could SME, User 3 could be CM.
Based on Standard Charm Authorizations all these users have to have CM role.
But Customer wants that if user 1 is assigned as CM then only he could approve the ticket and not anyother user.
But As per standard since all users could be CM in any of tickets & since they have similar access , they can release the ticket irrespective of who the CM is in the ticket.
So is there a way the action could be restricted to user who is assigned as partner function in that particular ticket.
Regards
Abhishek
Hi Abhishek,
We also had similar requirement, but no standard solution i guess. Need to go for ABAP developments.
