Inbound queue status sysfail in srm 5.0

Hi,

When replicating materials, we faced the following errors.

In SMQ2 we get an error message - <b>SYSFAIL - Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)</b>

In SMW01 I am able to see some error messages -

1)       A Product with ID xxxx already exist

2)       A description has already been copied in language EN for product

3)       Data cannot be maintained for set type CRMM_PR_TAX

4)       Alternative unit of measure are inconsistent; correct the values 

5)       Old assignment between 50004841 and category CHEMMFG deleted (delta load)

   New assignment between 50004841 and category CHEMLAB Created

Can someone explain what needs to be done?

Hi Pravan,

First I suggest you check if this product is already in SRM system.

If so, please delete the sysfail entries and continue loading products.

If not, I suggest you do as follows to correct the third error:

Settype CRMM_PR_TAX is not available in ERP and a CRM table,
it corresponds to tax entries of ERP transaction PITM.
It cannot be replicated with product load automatically.
Only pre-requisite is that the tax settype - if required for SRM -
is explicitely added to COMM_HIERARCHY and that CRMM_PR_TAX table
entries are in synch with ERP ta PITM entries.

Alternatively they could apply note 520227 manually (sourced not
owned by SRM and settype CRMM_PR_TAX mostly relevant for CRM).
This should fix E:COM_PRODUCT503 during product load, too.
