Hello Dinakar
Standalone ITS: you have the AGate which translates R/3 dynpros into HTML code and the WGate which integrates into the web server.
Integrated ITS: the AGate is part of the kernel and the WGate and the web server are replaced by ICM.
So in order to web enable R/3 with ICM you still need some application language which is provided with ITS,BSP,JSP, etc..
So it's not an either ITS or ICM - usually you need the combination of both.
The fastest way to web enable an ERP 2005 (or any 6.40 and higher basis system) is by enabling ICM and Integrated ITS. Then check if you applications
work with the SAPGUI for HTML (aka webgui).
If you develop your own web applications which don't have to run in SAPGUI
you can look into BSP or Java in combination with RFCs and BAPIs.
best regards
Gerd
