Hi,

Is SPAM the best way to find the current Support Pack level ?

Since we need to check what SP level we are at, to verify if some functionality is available, I thought I will post this thread under XI, instead of Basis !

cheers

Hi ,

Go to the url

http://host:5<instance_no>00/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo

and click on 'all components'...you can see SP level with patch level information...

use the user id J2EE_ADMIN for this...

Thanks,

Renjith

Go for the ways that Prabhu has said, but remember that not necessarily ABAP and Java SP levels are the same (though they should be). Check for both ABAP and Java stack SP levels in order to make sure they are the same.

Regards,

Henrique.

also u can check with:

1. open ID or IR and

- Help

- - Information

2.go to:

http://server:port/sap/monitoring/ComponentInfo

and check every java component version

in the Software Components section

3. open SAP gui and check ABAP SP version:

- System

- - Status

- - - SAP system Data

- - - - Component information
