Hi Bhakti,

yes, WebDynpro uses SICF Services as WebDynpro Apllication.

For your requirement I suggest to create a custom PFCG Role and add your WebDynpro Application to it.

Your WebDynpro will be reachable in NWBC.

Hi Bhakti,

ABAP Reports, ok. Sorry somehow I understood they were WebDynpro based.

Anyway you can add them also to a PFCG Role by creating a transaction code for them.

In PFCG in Menu tab add transaction by clicking on the transaction button (green cross icon).

By the way for WebDynpro you can also add it here but you then choose WebDynpro Application instead of transaction.

hi Stephan,

thanks again

I have copied the  standard role /SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER into a Zrole

I create report transaction Ztcode for my report and simply added Ztransaction code in the above Zrole.

but I dont see any change on NWBC screen, i dont even know how to locate it.

I also tried adding my report directly as there is an option

is there any extra I should give while adding the Tcode ?  I marked GUI Support HTML, Java for in se93

thanks

hi Stephan

I could get the link on the NWBC screen

but when I click on it, I get following kind of message

SAP Netweaver Business Client has identified a potential security concern.

This location is not explicitly marked as safe in Internet Explorer zone model:

As a result navigation is blocked. If you think it is necessary that the location is marked as safe, contact your local

system administrator.

for details see chapter 7.8 Security Zones in Internet Explorer in the documentation

Do you know this message? I am trying to find out more on this with help of basis team

thanks

hello Stephan,

the link is now working by adding the site in list of trusted sites in the browser settings.

thanks for your help.

but the problem is when I upload excel it doesnt get uploaded.

there was no standard function module to upload excel into SRM so it was not working from backend also

but then we copied the excel upload function module from ECC ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE

into SRM. and it started working in backend.

but now this thing is not working from this frontend link

infact all the excel data is getting copied into clipboard. if run the report on NWBC by giving excel file upload, and then I do Ctrl+V in word doc, the excel data gets pasted.

request your help and inputs.

thanks

Hi Bhakti,

I'm afraid in this case I can't help. I would consider a redisign of that report to webdynpro which provides Excel Upload in ALV.

Please reward Points if my answer was helpful.
