Product did not came in customs declaration

Hi Gurus,

I have created a purchase order with a number of materials and done a delivery shipping notification(ASN) and when i tried to create a customs declaration with with delivery one of the purchase order number is missing in the Tab under references and a material in that purchase order also missing.

The material(product) exists in GTS and the PO exist in legal regulation.

Please let me know the reason why the PO and the material went missing in the customs declaration which is created with reference of that delivery

Hi Karthi,

I think this is similar to another query which you had opened earlier.

In any case, your first point of check should be in the Application transfer logs.. Check if you see any error in the log.

Hi Dhilipan,

Yes i waited for 2 days for approval of post but it did got updated in SCN so i have to post  thank you for your update the issue got resolved and is due mismatch in the data of material document.
