Hello Gurus,
We are in SRM 7.0. This issue is specific to a few users.
When we click on "Shop" normally a new page appears with all the catalogs in it and then the user can shop.
In the case of these users, the pop up that appears does not return any catalogs at all. The screen is completely bank. This is very strange.
I have checked that the pposa_bbp has the required catalogs in it and also the language in which the catalogs are maintained is the one that is used by user to login.
What setting is missing for the user? Has the IE version anything to do with this?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Kartik,
It seems fields are hidden in the Shop screen for that specific users.
Do right click on shop page, under user settings, check the invisible elements.
You need to restore the hidden elements.
