System Staus - UD ICCO QLCH - need to make a UD but can't

Hi,

I have a lot with system status UD ICCO QLCH.

QA02 is not accessible because it says UD has been made.

QA11 is not accessible, it says UD has been made but it hasn't

QA12 is not accessible, it says UD has been made but it hasn't

How do I get this to a status that allows a UD to be made?

QA12 should always be accessible until you archive the lot unless you have something else in play like a user status.

Are those the ONLY statuses you see on the lot?  Depending on the lot, I would have expected a few others regarding the stock postings.  I'm wondering if this is even a stock relevant lot?

Use QA03 to show all the status codes.  Let us know what they are. (Screen print would help.)

Dear Matt,

Since 'UD' status is active, the usage decision can be assumed to be made. It will be very helpful if you can kindly post the error messages.

Check in QA13 to display the usage decision, since system is providing message like 'usage decision has been made', give a try to display the same.

The status QLCH status is associated with quality levels:

I have never worked with DMR so am unable to comment on the same.

In QA13  t.code check how much quantity UD has completed.

Apply note for ud reversal note 175842
