To consider only the working days in AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE

Hello!

There is standart program AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE. It changes the status from specified in other status if duration is exceeded. But this program considers holidays and not the working days. Whether there is a similar program which works for only the working days?

Hi,

I dont think so, we have such standard report. You can acheive via Z custom. SAP Note 1498458, gives some hint for customizing this report to close the message processed by SAP, so you check for duration customization too.

But have you tested in this report n SM 7.1, Because solution manager 7.1 is exclude holidays for MPT calculation, might be this applicable for AI_SDK_SP_AUTO_CLOSE report too.

Please check in 7.1 and update us.
